Fierce Ant Consulting is a Limited Liability Company that was formed in 2012 to service customers that need the odd small-scale software development or project management job done but don't have the expertise to do it themselves.  Fierce Ant has almost 20 years of combined experience working for a variety of organizations including a few Fortune 50 companies.

Nope; no typo.  Fortune 50, as in those companies regularly rank in the top 50 of the Fortune 500.   This is a big reason why Fierce Ant is confident it can not only succeed within its target market, but within larger markets in the foreseeable future.

One.  That's where the "ant" part comes into play.  The company is new but the experience is broad.   Hopefully there will be a Fierce Ant colony someday!  Just don't zap us with a magnifying glass.

Here's something Fierce Ant does that the competition likely doesn't; if your project needs something that is not in the Fierce Ant wheelhouse, Fierce Ant may perform the necessary research at a deep discount depending on circumstances.  It makes no sense for you, the customer, to pay inflated sums for effort that provides no direct value to you or your business.  Fierce Ant will absorb as much of that cost as is feasible.

You're in luck!  Fierce Ant has managed IT projects for 15 years and people for 8 of those.   Certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Yes; since it's a very, very small outfit at this juncture.

• Fierce Ant prefers to use its own computer to perform any work.
• Time of day/night worked will be at Fierce Ant's discretion in order to manage its clientele.
• If you are not in Fierce Ant's logistical range, you may need to provide some form of remote access.

There may be other stipulations that would be written into any agreed Statement of Work, but the aforementioned are standard across all customers.
